I am Hinckley Elementary's Intervention & Enrichment Tutor. The main focus of my job is to provide intervention (help and support) to Hinckley's 4th and 5th graders, generally in reading and math. Additionally, I provide enrichment to students in the same grade levels through reading groups and technology classes. I wear many hats during each and every day, and my job is never boring!

I graduated from Highland in 1990, and the University of Akron in 1994, with a B.S. Ed. I have been at Hinckley Elementary as the Intervention & Enrichment Tutor since August of 2000. I have been married to my husband for three years and we live in Medina with our two cats. I am currently pursuing my TESOL Endorsement (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) online through the University of Cincinnati to add to my current teaching license. With any leftover free time after my TESOL classes, I enjoy photography, scrapbooking, reading for enjoyment, and playing with my toddler niece.

Please take some time to look around through my pages. Perhaps you'll find some helpful information!
